Year End Giving
Make a gift now to support the efforts of the PruittCares Foundation in 2025! Your donation will continue our mission of caring for bereaved children, assisting caregivers in times of crisis, and supporting ongoing education in medical fields.
To be eligible for a PruittCares Foundation Partner Assistance Grant, partners need to submit all of the following:
- Application completed in detail and signed by administrator
- 2 recent pay stubs
- Official proof of situation – examples:
- Doctor’s note
- Fire marshal report
- Funeral bill
- Insurance report
- Bills/invoices for the Foundation to pay (by CHECK) on partner’s behalf such as:
- Rent/mortgage
- Car payment
- Utilities
- Car insurance
- Medical bills
If needed, the Foundation will contact your administrator to corroborate details of days missed, available PTO, and other specifics
